Cancellation Policy

As your coach, I will do everything possible to support you in achieving your goals. You are responsible for the change in your life. I will work to identify solutions and suggestions and advice based on client needs. Confidentiality: As your Coach, I will not divulge that you are a client without your expressed consent. All coaching sessions and emails will be kept confidential. You are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time. Cancellation: All notices of cancellation need to be sent to us at (214) 210-9929 with a call or text or email: s.nickolecoaching@gmail.com 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Refund: All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Coaching is about taking full responsibility for yourself.
